The present invention relates to a means consisting of a micro- and/or nanofibrous fabric with quaternary nitrogen grafted by radiation thereon wherein the amount of the quaternary nitrogen is in the range of about 1 to about 30 percent by weight, based on the total weight of the micro- and/or nanofibrous fabric. The means further comprises colloidal silver and/or silver added sulfadiazine and/or silver bound to a thiol functional group of bifunctional anion exchange resin in an amount of about 0.5 to about 10 percent by weight of the silver based on the total weight of the micro- and/or nanofibrous fabric. The micro- and/or nanofibrous fabric is selected from the group consisting of alcohol-based substances, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyamides, polycaprolactam, polyacrylate, polyurethane and cellulose.
