The invention relates to medicinal granules for preventing and treating piglet diarrhea. The medicinal granules are mainly prepared from neomycin sulfate norfloxacin hydrochloride codonopsis pilosula rhizoma atractylodis agastache rugosa elecampane fried kudzu vine root and plantain. A preparation method for the granules comprises the following steps: respectively adding water into the codonopsis pilosula the rhizoma atractylodis the agastache rugosa the elecampane the fried kudzu vine root and the plantain and extracting; merging filtrate; performing alcohol precipitation by adding alcohol; taking supernatant; recovering the alcohol; concentrating the supernatant to prepare extractum; drying the extractum to form dry paste; crushing screening and uniformly mixing the screened dry paste with the neomycin sulfate the norfloxacin hydrochloride and appropriate amount of auxiliary materials; and uniformly mixing the mixture with appropriate auxiliary materials to prepare the granules. The granules can effectively prevent and treat the piglet diarrhea.
