PURPOSE: A normal temperature curable road lane paint composition is provided to have an excellent abrasion resistance, durability and visibility when used on the road surface of the asphalt pavement or the concrete pavement, and to be able to provide a traffic sign which is well shown at night as the reflectivity to the light emitted from the headlight of the vehicle is high. CONSTITUTION: A normal temperature curable road lane paint composition includes 5-50 weight% of an inorganic binder and 50-95 weight% of a normal temperature curable admixture. The normal temperature curable admixture includes acrylic emulsion, butyl acrylate resin, polyurethane emulsion, polystyrene emulsion, epoxy emulsion and polybutadiene emulsion. The inorganic binder includes normal Portland cement, calcium carbonate, magnesium sulfoaluminate, magnesium oxide, hollow silica powder, glass powder, aluminum hydroxide, titanium oxide, zeolite, amorphous cubic zirconia powder and mica.
