A pharmaceutical composition comprising phenylephrine hydrochloride is provided to show excellent storage stability under high temperature and humidity thereby being very effectively used for preventing or treating coryza or acute rhinitis. A pharmaceutical composition comprises: an active ingredient including an effective amount phenylephrine hydrochloride; and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient including anhydrous calcium hydrogen phosphate wherein a weight ratio of the phenylephrine hydrochloride and the anhydrous calcium hydrogen phosphate is 1:5-500 and the active ingredient further comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of acetaminophen chlorpheniramine caffeine ephedrine carbinoxamine guaifenesin dextromethorphan belladonna lysozyme and a salt thereof. Further the 1 to 20 mg of phenylephrine hydrochloride is comprised in the pharmaceutical composition.
